“ Really like this place I will take pictures ext time. We enjoyed the food so much that I have picked up food to go twice and we wolfed it down Some notable dishes. If you like eggplant great dish, you pick your protein. We normally get the chicken and eggplant. The Mongolian beef is made with flank steak not the usual beef. We have had BBQ both time tender and tasty. Scallion pancakes, we fight over, the teriyaki chicken skewers also good, and the crab ragoons are a must try. We have not eaten in as this is near my office and on the way home, but nice inside and definitely a local place to try. Overall great solid Chinese food. If you are looking give em a try. “ This is clearly a local favorite. We tried the cashew chicken, shrimp egg roll, wonton soup, and hot and sour soup. I sat down and had to wait for my partner to arrive so I had plenty of time to look over the menu and enjoy the hot tea and water that were brought over immediately. Service was amazing. Friendly prompt and efficient. So let's break down the food. Excellent quality and overall very good. The soup was full of all the things we like including flavor. It was not scalding hot, but warm enough. The egg roll was gigantic. We split this based on the recommendation of long time diners advice. It did have a different ingredient in it, maybe cream cheese? Unique flavor and a great crunch. I'd probably try the veggie or chicken one next time to compare. The cashew chicken looked amazing, red/brown sauce with carrots, crisp pea pods, and onions. While this dish looked amazing, was served up hot with a giant bowl of white rice, flavor was pretty bland. We liked it well enough, just had hoped for more. We will be back for sure to this old time spot that clearly has stood the test of time. The water tasted a bit off, but the tea was great! Decor is nice and clean and we really had an amazing time. Thank you to the great staff! ”
